Lynn-Blog2The Spring Forward Running Club has had tremendous success since the formation earlier this year.  The team currently consists of over 30 members and it keeps growing every week!  We are now officially a New York Road Runners team! Now when entering a NYRR race, you can choose Spring Forward Running Club as your team.

Under the supervision of a physical therapist, during our runs we make sure those returning to running (or starting) after an injury are using the ideal form for them.  We also have nutrition counseling from team member and registered dietician Kim Hoban. Running Coach Sammy Davis plans new routes and new strategies each week.

We meet every Wednesday regardless of the weather at Spring Forward Physical Therapy on 93rd between Lexington and 3rd at 6:15 for a 6:30 run.  Led by Running Coach Sammy, the running team goes for supervised jogs in Central Park.  Open to all skill levels and speeds, we typically begin by jogging together at a reasonable pace and then open up into our desired paces by buddying with another team member of similar speeds.  Every week is different but the group is always supportive, accepting, and encouraging!  Join the team by emailing us at
